How long will we have to wait to see the vet?
Our animal hospital operates much like a human doctor's office. The number of patients waiting to see our team can be unpredictable and you may have to wait.
It simply isn't possible for our team to predict what cases we will see and when they will arrive. We respectfully ask that you call ahead to find out whether we are able to provide emergency care for your pet.
We want to ensure that you dog or cat gets the attentive care they need and deserve. If we are unable to fit an emergency appointment into our veterinarian's schedule we recommend that you visit the 24/7 animal emergency hospital detailed above.
-
What happens if my pet needs to stay in the hospital?
At Muskoka Bay Animal Clinic, we do not offer overnight care. However, if your pet requires intensive overnight monitoring, we will assist you in arranging appropriate care and referring you to a facility that can provide the necessary services.

What types of animals do you treat?
Our veterinarians have experience caring for cats and dogs in emergency situations. Please call ahead to find out if we are able to care for your sick or injured pet.
